How long is my session?
Approx. an hour and a half, although sometimes it takes less time depending on cooperation.

When will I get my disc?
All discs will be sent out within 5 days of your shoot.

Can I bring my pet?
There will be a $15 additional charge for any pet in the session. Please let me know at time of booking if you will be bringing a pet.

How many outfits do I get?
Up to 2 for family/children. High school seniors get 3. You may add in an extra outfit for $10 per clothing change.

Naked baby shots are considered a outfit.

What if I don't like my pictures?
I want you to be happy with the finished product. If your child did not cooperate I will gladly re-schedule or re-shoot your session at no charge. However, if the pictures are good and you do not like your outfit or hairstyle the original fees apply.

Where should I print my pictures?
I really like Kit's cameras and Snapfish.com. There are a lot of online options that do a wonderful job and save you the time of going into an establishment to order.

What clothing colors work best?
Solids always work. I would avoid mixing patterns. Also, stick to colors that compliment your skin tone.

What if my child breaks something in your studio?
They break it, You buy it.

Rambunctious behavior will not be tolerated. My equipment is VERY expensive, I expect parents to watch their children and to be aware of what they are doing at all times. If I have to step in, the session is over.

What if we have to cancel?
I would love as much notice as possible so I can fill your time slot. I totally understand family emergencies happen and so does the need to re-schedule.

Can you airbrush/touch up our blemishes?
I do not do any re-touching. Part of how I keep my prices low is by letting you do the touch ups on your own, if you feel they are needed.

Do you shoot black and white or sepia?
The disc is in color so you can print them however you choose.

What happens if I lose my disc?
I do keep back-ups, a replacement disc is $15.

Can I have more than one copyright release?
If there is a large group photo I will provide a release for each individual family. If you just want one so you can let others print your pictures then there is a $10 charge per release.

Can I have more than one copy of the disc?
Extra discs are $15 each

Does the copyright release me to sell the image?
No, the release is only for printing. Crystal Ball Photography retains the rights to all images.
